Broadway Tech Centre's Buildings 2 & 3 both have on-site amenities include cafes, food services and a fitness centre.

The architecture displays an overt reference to sustainable design. Materials and construction techniques are selected based on durability and their total environmental performance. Cyclists and pedestrians are encouraged by the implementation of an urban greenway connection to the city and the inclusion of showers, lockers and bicycle storage within the complex.
