This 114,000 sq.ft project is one of the largest LEED® Silver, private sector, multi-tenant office buildings in BC. This centre serves as the visible commercial signature of the project, as well as an important pedestrian area and gateway into the facility's internal pedestrian systems. The building is flanked by an attractive public park which creates a buffer zone between the building and the adjacent city streets.
