This project was developed with a complete fit-out budget (not including furniture) of $33 per square foot over approximately 35,000 square feet of office space. The space accommodates all Vancouver based staff, with room for dedicated growth. Common and social amenities are balanced in order to maintain functionality and activity, while remaining connected, to encourage collaboration and synergy.
