These spectacular three storey office buildings provide flexible high quality office space to high tech corporations with strong corporate identities, while also comfortably accommodating the needs of smaller tenants, and allowing room for growth and change.

Environmentally responsible measures were incorporated into the design of these facilities. Grass paved parking areas allow filtration of surface run off water and provide additional green space to the site; skylights bring natural daylight into the centre of each building; the building and parking areas are poured on a recycled crushed concrete sub base; all wood and paper waste was recycled during construction; no rainforest woods are utilized; all paints and adhesives are low off-gassing; and the ventilation is a high efficiency, four pipe fan coil system that provides fresh air and high indoor air quality to users and visitors alike.
