The Harbourside Office Facility is a multi-tenant, steel and concrete constructed office building that includes high performance glazing and metal panel feature areas. A hard landscape 'drop-off plaza' is connected by a paved walkway to the road and to the waterfront park at the main building entry. The building's central core area consists of a feature lobby, elevators, washrooms and showers. Floor plans are primarily open concept in order maintain flexibility, and accommodate future tenant uses.

The site includes mixed side yard planting, with coniferous trees, large and flowering deciduous trees, and evergreen shrubs that serve to screen the parking area, and filter views to and from the building.
