As the world's largest industrial auctioneer, this company has 110 offices in 25 countries. Bunting Coady Architects is creating a new corporate head office. The new 165,000 sq. ft. facility will be open, friendly and centralized. Upon entering, visitors will immediately understand the history and integrity of Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers and people working together will feel connected in a casual team based environment. This three storey building will occupy an 8.25 acre lot and includes a daycare facility as well as a modern fitness facility.

This office will serve as the world headquarters and will house their high-tech global internet auctioning system. This system is used to broadcast auctions from all over the world.
