Xantrex Techologies’ Simon Fraser University Office Building is a four storey 150,000 square foot single tenant building designed for a high-tech communications company, located at Discovery Place Business Park.

The building is sited up a slight hill in an existing evergreen forest as two buildings terraced around a central atrium spine. The broader context of the site features an extensive trail system through a pristine forest containing natural streams, and other preserved natural amenities.
